Fair Housing Resources

State and federal laws require nondiscrimination and equal access to housing for people on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability. The best way to avoid being the victim of discrimination or from committing discriminatory acts is to be aware and informed about how fair housing laws affect you. The links below provide a variety of fair housing resources for individuals and organizations including important cases, statutes and regulations, and links to other sources for information and assistance.
